Biomsoft ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Suno Prompt Builder mobile application ("the App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

- Usage data: App interaction data (AI requests count, feature usage) collected to enforce plan limits and improve the service.
- Device information: Device model, OS version, and app version for crash reporting and support.
- Crash reports: Anonymized crash data via Firebase Crashlytics to improve stability.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the App functionality
- To sync your data across devices (Pro subscribers)
- To enforce usage limits based on your subscription plan
- To respond to support requests
- To improve app stability through crash analytics
3. Data Storage
Free users: all data is stored locally on your device only. Pro users: presets and profiles are additionally stored on our secure servers to enable cloud sync. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest.
4. Third-Party Services
- AppHud: Subscription management and in-app purchases
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings screen in the app (Delete Account).
6. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email.
