Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Suno Prompt Builder application ("the App") operated by Biomsoft. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms.

1. Use of the App

Suno Prompt Builder is a tool for generating music prompts for Suno AI. The App is provided "as is". You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Pro subscriptions are available in three billing periods:

  • Weekly — $1.99 / week. No free trial.
  • Monthly — $4.99 / month. Includes a 3-day free trial.
  • Yearly — $39.99 / year. Includes a 7-day free trial.
  • Subscriptions are managed and billed through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Google).
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Free trial (where offered) converts to a paid subscription automatically at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand.
  • Refunds are handled according to App Store / Google Play policies.

3. Free Plan Limitations

Free accounts are limited to 5 saved presets, 5 saved profiles, and 3 AI assistant requests per day. These limits may change with notice.

4. AI Assistant

The AI Assistant is powered by OpenAI's API. We are not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content. Do not include personally identifiable information in your AI prompts.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Biomsoft. Music prompts you create belong to you. You grant us no rights to your created prompts.

6. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen. Account deletion is permanent and will remove all synced data from our servers.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or that AI-generated prompts will produce specific results in Suno AI.

8. Limitation of Liability

BiOM Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
